The Central Asia - Korea Meeting On Cultural Recourse Coolaboration
Letter of Agreement
Dear Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism
The presenter, who hereby has signed and sealed this letter of agreement, confirms and agrees to the following items in regard to the submission of 2011 Korean-Central Asian Creative Scenario Awards (referred to as "Awards" hereafter in this letter of agreement).
1. I have fully recognized and understood the terms and contents of the Awards by reading this letter of agreement and application guidelines as presented on the webpage (asiastoryroad.co.kr), and in accordance with such terms and contents, hereby submit the scenario.
2. I state and confirm the following clauses in connection with my entry.
(1) I am the sole and exclusive copyright holder (or joint copyright holder) of the scenario and have not infringed any third party's intellectual property rights. If a corporate body is the presenter of such scenario then the corporate body confirms the scenario is a work of organizational copyright.
(2) The submitted scenario has not infringed any intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright of any third parties and due to such act of the presenter should any conflict occur, the presenter (or any collaborators, joint copyright holders) takes full responsibility and resolves the matter indemnifying the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea and all its related government departments in Central Asia (referred to as "Korean-Central Asian Culture Departments" hereafter in this letter of agreement).

Through its grant program, the program strives to encourage broad-based critical reflection and catalyze social action in parts of the world where open societies are absent or weak, and where the cultural rights of minority groups are endangered.
The aim of this call for proposals is to strengthen alternative and autonomous cultural infrastructures and innovative arts initiatives, to raise professional standards in the art world in the Arts and Culture Program’s regions of activity, and to promote reform in the arena of cultural policy.

Call for submissions: International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival
International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, organized by Antalya Culture and Arts Foundation, in cooperation with the Metropolitan Municipality of Antalya will celebrate its 48th edition from 8 – 14 October 2011.
The festival includes an international competition specialized on films produced in Asia, Europe and Middle East countries.
The International Feature competition rules and regulations and entry form can be found on the festival website found below.
The deadline for submissions is on 19 August 2011. The deadline for the arrival of 35 mm films: 23rd September 2011.
