Synopsis: A small boy, born deaf-and-dumb, lives in a circus and passionately dreams about becoming acrobat. In order to know his future he goes to the Gipsy marquee, to the prophetess Meshkenet. She looked at his palm and foretold an unfortunate life for him. Believing in the foreteller but still wishing to realize his dream the boy decides to change his destiny.

Movie caravan devoting 20th anniversary of independance of the Kyrgyz Republic
By the twentieth anniversary of independence of Kyrgyz Republic Cinematography's State Agence organizes several thematic screenings: Movie caravan "I am 20 years old!" as well as several presentations of new films made by National film-production studio "Kyrgyzfilm" the name T. Okeyev.
The caravan's program includes films made by young Kyrgyz film-directors who have received international recognition:
1) "Everything is ok" ("Kamsanabanyz"/ "У нас все хорошо", produced by Cinema Development & KTU "Manas", 2007, film-director - Akjol Bekbolotov)

The festival team have invited Mr. Georgi Ovashvili, famous Georgian film-director to the 3rd Art-House film festival at Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
His remarkable film Gagma Napiri (The Other Bank) will be shown during the opening ceremony.

The team of the Third Art-House film festival publish list of the Kyrgyz short fiction films which will be shown at this event
43 (forty three!) domestic films were delivered to the office of the festival.
For the first time in the history of The Art-House IFF our studios have presented such a large number of Kyrgyz short fiction films - this is an absolute record!
Today the Festival Team informs that 19 new short fiction films from Kyrhyzstan have selected for the screenings during the festival.

The documentary CATTLE CAMP by Alijan Nasirov won the award as the best film on relationship between Man and Nature of the 25th Pärnu International Documentary Film Festival.
As Mr.Mark Soosaar, Head of the Parnu IDFF, wrote to Nasirov: "We would like thank You for submitting Your remarkable documentary CATTLE CAMP to the XXV Pärnu Film Festival".
The program of the anniversary festival had quite a big success - more than half a million of people were following the festival events and were watching the competing documentaries on Estonian Television.
Six films were aired by ETV and the winner of the Estonian People's Award was THE VILLAGE WITHOUT WOMEN by Srdjan Sarenac (Serbia). In theaters in Pärnu, Viljandi, Haapsalu and Otepää around 12 000 visitors saw the festival program which contained 121 excellent documentaries.
