Member of Filmmaker Union of Kyrgyz Republic, Competition Laureate «Russian prize», famous Kyrgyz writer and scriptwriter Talip Ibraimov was invited for the participation in international conference «President B.N. Elcin and New Russia».
It will take place February, 2, 2011 in Moscow. Event is regarding 80-th Jubilee of First Russian President.
In conference will take part the officials of supreme organs of Russian government, Russian and foreign political leaders, scientists and newspersons.
Event’s organizer is Fund «Presidential Centre of B.N. Elcin»
