President of Kyrgyz Republic Roza Otunbaeva has visited a premier of new documentary film «Kurmanjan datka»
Today the prime of documentary film «Kurmanjan datka» took place in one of the metropolitan cinema.
President of Kyrgyz Republic Roza Otunbaeva, Speaker of Jogorku Kenesh Akmatbek Keldibekov, Head of president administration Emil Kaptagaev visited the prime.
Film director Zamir Eraliev noted that idea of movie creation belong to ex-minister of culture Sultan Raev and Head of Kurmanjan Datka Fund Jyldyz Joldosheva.
«Kurmanjan datka» is a movie about life and governing of Alay Queen Kurmanjan datka (1811-1907). She had been having power over Alay Kyrgyz tribes after her husband Alimbek Datka died. She was only woman- governor in the Muslim world and was recognized by Bukhara and Kokand khans.
