IV International Festival for Human Right documentaries «One World Kyrgystan» has finished its work in the Kyrgyz regions
Festival for Human Right documentaries «One World Kyrgystan» which finished in Bishkek in September, 25 was continuing its work in the Kyrgyz regions during next month.
Festivals covered all territory of Kyrgyzstan: Bishkek, Kara-Kol, Naryn, Talas, Isfana, Batken and Osh). And also festival films was shown in Tajikistan.
According to assistant of project «One World Kyrgystan» Hasina Husein, regional festival didn’t have a competition program, it was just a screening. During the festival some problems were appearing. So, National safety department forbided screening in some regions because of election campaign in the parliament of Kyrgyz Republic. But at the end the festival films were screened.
Main aims of regional screening were to attract young people attention to legal problem of children, women, disabled persons, ecological safety and have an effect on civil legal awareness.
Basic audience was young people, students and schoolchildren.
Festival results in processing now and will be published on official festival website www.birduino.kg.
