On February 1, submission for the XX Kazan International Muslim Film Festival started. The submission will last till June 1, 2024. The Selection Committee will finish its work by the beginning of July. After this, the official selection will be announced.

Majid Majidi have shown the film about film about producing process of the move "Prophet Mohammad" for the jury of the IFF for the Resistance films (Tehran 21-25.09.2014).

Majid Majidi is an internationally and critically acclaimed Iranian film director, film producer, and screen writer whose films have touched on many themes and genres and has won many international awards.

Majidi's recent cinematic rendition focuses on Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) life from childhood until prophethood.
