On February 1, submission for the XX Kazan International Muslim Film Festival started. The submission will last till June 1, 2024. The Selection Committee will finish its work by the beginning of July. After this, the official selection will be announced. |

Sagyn Ishenov will receive the award for his contrybution to cinema
He will receive Ak Ilbirs trophy on the 16th of the May 2015 at the frame of the ceremony.
Sagynbek Ishenov is the founder of Kyrgyz animation. He was born in 1934 in the village of Don-Aryk near the Burana Tower – the unique monument, which remained from Balasagyn town, the cultural centre of the Xth century.
